Disconnecting from the network during an exam

If the network disconnects during the exam, the system will alert you.

You can continue the exam to completion even without a network connection, but please note that it can only be submitted after the network is restored.


Exam submission is taking a long time

At the end of the exam, data including audio and video files are sent. The upload time depends on the network speed. If the network speed is low, the upload may take several minutes.is


Problem scanning an answer

If you were unable to photograph the answers by clicking the camera button in the scanning interface, or from an image file saved on your mobile, you should check your phone's settings to see if the browser has access to the camera/files and enable it.

Problem answering open questions or an Excel file

- If the laptop has a touchscreen option, it is important to disable it. (The touchscreen can interfere with typing answers.)
