This instruction is relevant only to iPhone users.
Turn off Continuity Camera.
If you encounter disconnections in the mobile app, try the following:
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Continuity (or AirPlay & Handoff)
- Turn off Continuity Camera.
